LONDON, July 4 (Xinhua) -- World No. 1 duo Bob and Mike Bryan will play for their 99th team title in the Wimbledon doubles final on Saturday.
The Americans on Friday dismissed French pairing Michael Llodra and Nicolas Mahut 7-6 (7-4), 6-3, 6-2 in one hour and 46 minutes.
In Saturday's final, the Americans will face first-time duo Vasek Pospisil and Jack Sock, who pulled off another giant-killing performance as they defeated fifth seeds Leander Paes and Radek Stepanek 7-6 (7-5), 6-3, 6-4 in two hours and 21 minutes.
The Canadian/American pairing had beaten second seeds Alexander Peya and Bruno Soares in the quarterfinals and eighth seeds Rohan Bopanna and Aisam-Ul-Haq Qureshi in the second round.
The Bryans are bidding to win their fourth Wimbledon title, adding to triumphs in 2006, 2011 and 2013. They also finished runners-up in 2005, 2007 and 2009.
