Editor's note: Finbarr O'Reilly is a Reuters photographer based in Africa. He has made three trips to Afghanistan over the past three years, embedding each time with the Canadian army and their Afghan counterparts operating in Kandahar Province's Panjwaii and Zhari districts, from where the Taliban originated.
