The World Anti-Doping Agency reinstated Friday the accreditation of the Madrid laboratory it had suspended from anti-doping analysis in December.
WADA said the lab had been allowed to resume its anti-doping work after it "successfully complied with the requirements for early reinstatement."
The agency is responsible for accrediting and re-accrediting anti-doping laboratories, as well as ensuring that they maintain the highest quality standards.
WADA has the power to suspend a lab's accreditation for failing to adhere to the International Standard for Laboratories.
