France's Marion Rolland was the surprise winner of the women's downhill at the World Ski Championships on Sunday.
The 30-year-old, with just two World Cup podiums to her name, clocked 1min 50.00sec, with Italian Nadia Fanchini taking silver at 0.16sec and Germany's Maria-Hoefl-Riesch claiming bronze, a further 0.54sec adrift.
