Indian police said bomb blasts that ripped through the southern city of Hyderabad late on Thursday, killing at least 18 people and injuring more than 50, were a "terror attack".
"This is a terror attack," Sanjay Kumar Jain, a joint commissioner of Hyderabad police, told AFP, referring to the explosions which occurred in a crowded, commercial area of the city.
