Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Monday he was days away from forging a "strong and stable" coalition, after he was given an additional two weeks to put together a government.
Netanyahu, speaking live from Israel by video link to the annual conference of the large American pro-Israel lobby group AIPAC, also said he was looking forward to hosting US President Barack Obama on his visit to the Jewish state scheduled for later this month.
