The 2013 Formula One Grand Prix season gets underway in Melbourne on March 17 with Germany's Sebastian Vettel out to join legends Michael Schumacher and Juan Manuel Fangio as the only drivers to win four titles in a row.

But the Red Bull flyer can once again expect fiery competition from the likes of former champions Lewis Hamilton, Fernando Alonso and Jenson Button while his own teammate Mark Webber is perfectly capable of taking over at the top.

AFP Sports will file an advancers package on Saturday and Sunday illustrated with pictures and graphics and will have correspondent Robert Smith and photographers trackside in Melbourne from Wednesday to cover the buildup to the big race.
