English Premiership club Wasps on Wednesday made a double swoop for Tonga internationals Taione Vea and William Helu.
Vea, the 24-year-old cousin of Leicester lock Steve Mafi, made his Test debut this year and joins Wasps from North Harbour in New Zealand.
Helu, 27, has scored five tries in 15 Tests and was part of the Tonga team that beat Scotland last November.
"Both of these players will add important depth to the squad," Wasps director of rugby Dai Young said.
"Taione is a developing prop and he joins a group of young front row players here who are all pushing each other very hard.
"William is a hard running player who covers a few positions in the backline and we're looking forward to their arrival."
