Hong Kong stocks climbs 2.15% by break


Hong Kong shares rallied 2.15 percent in the morning session on Thursday after the head of the US Federal Reserve said its stimulus programme would be kept in place "for the foreseeable future".

The benchmark Hang Seng Index climbed 449.18 points to 21,353.74 by the break on turnover of HK$37.61 billion (US$4.85 billion).
