Scotland duo Jordan Rhodes and Charlie Adam have been ruled out of their country's World Cup qualifier in Macedonia on Tuesday.
The Scottish Football Association announced on its Twitter feed on Sunday that the pair had been forced to withdraw from Gordon Strachan's squad for the Group A tie, although no reason was given for their absence.
Blackburn striker Rhodes came on as a substitute for Leigh Griffiths midway through the second half of Scotland's 2-0 defeat against Belgium on Friday, while Stoke midfielder Adam was an unused substitute.
Strachan can turn to Nottingham Forest forward Jamie Mackie and Leeds United striker Ross McCormack as potential replacements for Rhodes in Skopje.
Scotland are already eliminated from the race to qualify for next year's finals in Brazil.
