US 10-year Treasury fetches 2.75% yield

The US Treasury sold $24 billion in 10-year bonds Wednesday at a high yield of 2.75 percent, up from 2.66 percent in the October auction.

The Treasury said 62.67 percent was alloted at the high yield.

The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.7, with direct bidders taking up 18.56 percent of the issue and indirect bidders getting 47.67 percent.
