Films in the running for Cannes festival Palme d'Or

Twenty films will go head to head in the race for the Palme d'Or at the May 15-26 Cannes Film Festival.

Here are the films chosen to compete before the jury headed by US director Steven Spielberg, with English titles where cited by organisers:
