Timberlake to release new album, go on tour

Los Angeles, May 7 (EFE).- Justin Timberlake will launch a new disc in September and will be off on a world tour dubbed "The 20/20 Experience" starting Oct. 31, his first in six years, the Live Nation promotion company said.

"The 20/20 Experience," also the title of the artist's latest disc, kicks off in Montreal from where it heads to the U.S. for a number of stops including Las Vegas, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, Atlanta and more.

The tour, which includes Europe, Australia and South America, is scheduled to continue until early next year.

Timberlake will also perform live together with rapper Jay Z during the summertime "Legends Of The Summer Stadium Tour."

On Sept. 30 Timberlake adds another disc to his recording repertoire with an album featuring 10 songs written and produced by the singer himself.

After seven years away from the music scene, Timberlake is starring in the most successful international comeback of recent times thanks to "The 20/20 Experience," the biggest selling disc of the year up to now.

In its first week sales hit No. 1 on the official U.S. Billboard chart with around a million copies snapped up by his fans, making the album with singles like "Suit & Tie" and "Mirrors" his best debut for sales ever.
