Justin Bieber buys home in Colombian city of Cartagena

Bogota, Jul 16 (EFE).- Canadian singer Justin Bieber has purchased a mansion in the Caribbean coastal city of Cartagena, Colombian media said Tuesday.

The star got to know the so-called Heroic City last month and during his visit there "he fell in love" with its tourist attractions, the manager of the Italian real estate firm Potro, Alessandro Potro, told the daily El Espectador.

Potro said that the singer bought a mansion on the outskirts of the city valued at about $2 million.

The property has 308 square meters (about 3,250 square feet) of floor space and seven rooms, as well as a movie theater, four bathrooms and an open-air swimming pool, among other comforts.
