President Jacob Zuma will attend the inauguration of incoming Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta, the Presidency said today.
The inauguration was set to take place on Tuesday, his spokesman Mac Maharaj said in a statement.
Kenyatta won Kenya's Presidential elections last month.
Kenyatta was proclaimed winner of the poll on March 4, but his rival Raila Odinga challenged the result in the Supreme Court.
In their ruling, six Supreme Court judges upheld Kenyatta's victory and said the election had been conducted in a ‘free, fair, transparent and credible manner.’
Odinga accepted the Supreme Court's verdict.
