Provincial Secretary for Livestock, Muhammad Naseem Lehri has said that all out efforts would be made to provide quality veterinary medicines to the livestock breeders in the province.
This was stated by him during inspection of the reserve store here the other day.
Secretary Livestock maintained that prevention of the sub-standard medicines would be ensured so that the breeders may not suffer.
He directed to the concerned officials to highlight any irregularity in the veterinary drugs so as to address it.
Also present on the occasion were the Director General of Livestock, Dr. Nisar Ahmed, Dr. Saleh and Dr. Ghulam Hussain Jaffar.
The Provincial Secretary Livestock on the occasion mentioned that the province has 48 percent sheep of the total country.
Balochistan is blessed with the high quality breed of sheep, and there is a need to preserve them.
He said that there is a need to inform the breeders of the modern means of breeding and production so that they may get maximum financial benefits out of it.
