There will be no Grameenphone Bangladesh Premier League matches in Dhaka from Thursday (April 11) to April 28. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Professional League Committee of Bangladesh Football Federation on Tuesday.
Two matches of the league will be held tomorrow (Wednesday) at Bangabandhu National Stadium when Dhaka Mohammedan SC will play Muktijoddha Sangsad KC at 5 pm and league leader Sheikh Russell KC will face Arambagh KS at 7 pm.
However, away from Dhaka, Feni Soccer Club will play two matches -- one against Sheikh Jamal DC on April 18 and the other against Dhaka Mohammedan SC either on April 18 or 19 -- at their home ground. The committee also decided to kick off the Super Cup in the middle of May.
