PMLN, BNP to constitute committee for set adjustment

Pakistan Muslim League N and Balochistan national party BNP would constitute a committee for seat adjustment. Holding of transparent elections in Balochistan does not see possible. These views were expressed by PMLN leader Mian Shahbaz Sharif and President BNP Sardar Akhtar Mengal while speaking to media men after meeting with Akhtar Mengal at his residence here Wednesday.

Lashkari Raisani, Jamal shah Kakar, Sana Baloch, Sajid Tareen, and others were also present. Shahbaz Sharif spent a very busy day in Provincial capital today. Besides his meeting with Akhtar Mengal, he also met with PMAP Chairman Mahmood Khan Achakzai, President National Party Dr Abdul Malik Baloch and JWP President Talal Akbar Bugti. He discussed coming elections. He also held meeting with his party leaders and workers.

Shahbaz Sharif told Newsmen that vistas for development of Balochistan were not opened. It is heart of Pakistan and key province. Its development is development of whole of Pakistan. He said situation in the province is very bad. There is need for redressal of people’s complaints. We have to find out solution to problems.

He said decision to dismiss Akhtar Mengal’s government was not correct. If Akhtar Mengal would not participate in general elections then opponent forces would strengthen. We would raise voice jointly for resolution problems of this province. If there was no development in Balochistan, there will be development of three provinces and not of Pakistan he added.

He said operations were carried out in Balochistan, Akbar Bugti was killed, Solution to genuine complaints of people of the province. Punjab gave Rupees 11 billion to Balochistan from NWF award. Speaking on the occasion Akhtar Mengal said talks have been held with Shahbaz Sharif about elections. We would constitute committee for seat adjustment with PMLN. He said transparent elections in Balochistan are not seen.
