A flight from Canada to the Dominican Republic was forced to make an early emergency landing after a super cool family smoked in the bathroom. "It appeared to be a father, a mother and a son. The parents appear to be in their 50s. The son, I believe, is around 22 or so," inspector Paul Simons told CBC News

The airline, Sunwing Vacations, plans to sue the family to recoup $50,000, CTV reported. When confronted by passengers and crew, the family "went way beyond uncooperative," an official said.

The family was detained by Bermuda police but later released on bail, CBC reported.
