Al Qaeda released a video on the 10th anniversary of 9/11 featuring a message from Osama bin Laden and a speech by new leader Ayman al-Zawahiri, according to U.S. group SITE Intelligence, which monitors jihadist websites.

In the 62-minute video, titled "The Dawn of Imminent Victory," Zawahiri praises the "Arab Spring" revolutions, Agence France-Presse reports. Zawahiri, who makes a lengthy speech in the video but is only shown in a still photo, is now Washington's most wanted man, the Associated Press says.

The bin Laden footage appears to be the same video found in the U.S. raid on his Abbottabad, Pakistan compound in May, SITE told AFP. Bin Laden, who was killed in the U.S. Navy SEALs operation, warns Americans against "falling as slaves" to the control of major corporations, SITE said.

"Zawahiri... declared that contrary to what is reported in the media, Al Qaeda supports the revolutions and hopes it will establish true Islam and sharia-based governance," SITE said, according to AFP.

In the video, which appeared online late Monday, bin Laden also urges Americans to read "Obama Wars" by Bob Woodward, who bin Laden said "urged Obama to be more honest with you and let you know that he is under pressure to continue the war and to support the Israelis, not to further America's interests but to further the interests," ABC News says.
