The search for missing 6-year-old Isabel Celis, who disappeared from her family's Tucson home early April 21, has extended to Mexico.

US Marshals are working with Mexican law enforcement officials as they check hotels, bus terminals and other businesses for the first-grader, reported Fox News. The little girl's picture is also being circulated in Mexico.

Five people were seen on a surveillance video leaving a Tucson nightclub and walking in the direction of the Celis home around 1:30 a.m. on the night Isabel disappeared, according to the Daily News. They released the footage in hopes that someone caught on video had witnessed what happened. One of those people has met with police, but no new information has been released about what he said.

Tucson police spokesman Lt. Fabian Pacheco has asked for patience, saying investigators are looking "at all possible scenarios," although the idea that Isabel left on her own has been ruled out, reported the New York Daily News.

"We understand that some folks might feel frustration. Eight days, believe me, we feel it as well," Pacheco told the Daily News.

Isabel was reported missing by her father, Sergio Celis, around 8 a.m. on April 21 after her mother, Becky Celis, had left for work, according to ABC News. He went to wake his daughter up and found that she wasn't in her room. A bedroom window was open and the screen removed. Isabel was last seen around 11 p.m. on April 20 when she was put to bed.
