The other winner of last week’s record $588 million Powerball jackpot has claimed their half of the winnings, NBC News reported, citing the Arizona Lottery.
The lucky ticket holder will share the prize with Mark and Cindy Hill of Missouri, who claimed their share of the jackpot last week, Reuters reported.

The second winner has not been identified and has “declined participation” in a press conference to be held today, Arizona Lottery said.
The Chicago Tribune said the second winning ticket was bought by a family at a convenience store in Fountain Hills, Arizona, northeast of Phoenix, and that the family would release a statement at today’s press conference.
Under Arizona Lottery rules the family will eventually be identified.
The prize for the lottery ballooned to historic levels after the jackpot failed to go off 16 times.
The November 28 draw, held in 42 states, the US Virgin Islands and the District of Columbia, was the largest in Powerball history and the second-largest top prize in US lottery history.
