A train crash in Japan injures more than a dozen passengers.
A passenger train smashed into a truck at an intersection in the southern Japanese town of Takasago on Tuesday and injured at least 15 people, The Japan Times said, citing police.
Thirteen of the 15 reported hurt were passengers, while both truck and train drivers were also injured, police told the Times, saying the two of the train's six cars had gone off the rails.
"There is a possibility that the number of injured will increase," a police spokesman told the Times.
Sky News quoted one local report as saying the vehicle had stalled while crossing the tracks, causing the collision.
