Gabriel Resources Ltd. (TSX:GBU). Miner. Down 79 cents, or 53.74 per cent, at 68 cents, on 12.5 million shares. The company has put in an urgent request for the Romanian government to clarify its stance on the furture of Garbriel's Rosia Montana gold project. The company has struggled for years to overcome opposition to the project, which opponents say poses too much of an environmental risk because it uses cyanide in the extraction process.
Ainsworth Lumber Co. Ltd. (TXS:ANS). Up two cents, or 0.51 per cent, at $3.91 on 6.6 million shares.
Bombardier Inc. (TSX:BBD.B). Transportation equipment. Up seven cents, or 1.42 per cent, at $5.01 on 5.2 million shares.
Fortune Minerals Ltd. (TSX:FT). Miner. Up 1.5 cents, or 4.35 per cent, at 36 cents at 4.4 million shares.
Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan Inc. (TSX:POT). Fertilizer producer. Up $1.51, or 4.81 per cent, at $32.90 on 4.4 million shares.
Toronto Venture Exchange (951.94 down 2.98 points):
Donner Metals Ltd. (TSXV:DON). Miner. Unchanged at half a cent on 13.1 million shares.
The Westaim Corp. (TSXV:WED). Financial services. Up at half a cent, or 14.29 per cent, at four cents on 8.7 million shares.

Cameco Corp. (TSX:CCO). Miner. Down 14 cents, or 0.68 per cent, at $20.39 on 592,715 shares. The company said its long-delayed Cigar Lake uranium mine in Saskatchewan won't begin producing until early 2014 because of some glitches it encountered during the start-up process.
