AUSTIN, Texas (Reuters) - The cancer foundation that Lance Armstrong founded said on Wednesday that it anticipates the former cyclist will be "completely truthful" in his chat with Oprah Winfrey set to air Thursday and Friday. "We expect Lance to be completely truthful and forthcoming in his interview and with all of us in the cancer community," the Austin, Texas-based Livestrong Foundation said in a statement.

Nadal recovery on course, confirms return next month

MADRID (Reuters) - Rafa Nadal has passed the latest medical tests on his injured knee, the Spanish tennis federation (RFET) said on Wednesday as the world number four confirmed he would return after more than seven months out at the Brazil Open next month. "The tests confirm that Rafa's recovery is proceeding favorably," RFET doctor Angel Ruiz-Cotorro said.

Governing body sets up anti-doping helpline

PARIS (Reuters) - The International Cycling Union (UCI) has launched an anti-doping helpline for professional riders in the wake of the Lance Armstrong scandal, the world governing body said on Wednesday. "The free helpline, which will take calls in English and French, is for all athletes in the UCI Registered Testing Pool as well as any professional cyclists taking part in UCI competitions," the UCI said in a statement.

American Dufner may take out European Tour membership
