LHP Mike Kickham, who allowed seven earned runs in 2 2/3 innings on Monday to remain winless in three starts, was moved to the bullpen. Kickham is 0-3 with a 13.94 ERA in three career outings. Despite the pitcher's struggles, manager Bruce Bochy still feels Kickham can work through his problems at the big-league level. "We're better off keeping him; that's why he's here," Bochy said.
