LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com) - HBO has given a pilot order to "Deadwood" and "Luck" writer David Milch's "The Money" and it has found its leading man, TheWrap has learned.

Gleeson's long list of film credits include "Troy," "Gangs of New York," and "Braveheart."
Milch will write and executive produce the pilot with executive producers Art Linson and John Linson ("Sons of Anarchy"). Frank Rich ("Veep") is also exec producing. Eric Roth ("House of Cards"), Sarah Caplan ("Political Animals") and Justin Chadwick ("The Other Boleyn Girl") are co-executive producers. Chadwick is also set to direct.
