--S Rafael Bush, who's missed three games with an ankle injury, was limited Wednesday and his status for Sunday is unknown.

--LT Terron Armstead will make a second straight start Sunday against the Bucs in the regular-season finale.

--LT Terron Armstead had limited participation Wednesday with a shoulder problem and his availability for Sunday is unknown.

--TE Josh Hill, who missed two games with a left hamstring injury, worked fully Wednesday and could return against the Bucs.

--DB Terrence Fredrick was signed to take Kenny Vaccaro's spot on the 53-man active roster.

--QB Drew Brees had limited participation Wednesday with a knee injury, but should play Sunday against the Tampa Bay Bucs.

--WR Marques Colston, who has a back injury, was limited on Wednesday but could be ready for the Bucs' game.

--RG Jahri Evans was limited in Wednesday's practice because of a knee injury and his status for Sunday's game is not known.

--CB Trevin Wade played in the dime package for the first time last week and could see more action there against the Bucs.

--SS Kenny Vaccaro was put on injured reserve Wednesday after his fractured left ankle was surgically repaired Tuesday.

--DE Keyunta Dawson, who has not played since Nov. 21 because of a calf injury, worked limited Wednesday and could return soon.

--WR Charles Hawkins was signed to the practice squad.

--RB Pierre Thomas, who has an eye problem, had full participation in Wednesday's practice and should play Sunday.
