PARIS, June 3 (Xinhua) -- French President Francois Hollande on Tuesday named two new junior ministers in charge of trade and state reforms, his office, the Elysee, said in a statement.
"For personal reasons," Valerie Fourneyron, minister of state in charge of trade, handicrafts, consumption and social and solidarity economy, presented her resignation, according to the statement.
With the proposal of Prime Minister Manuel Valls, Hollande appointed Carole Delga, 42, to replace Fourneyron who suffered from meningitis.
French president also named Thierry Mandon, a spokesman of the Socialist group at the National Assembly, in charge of state reform and simplification.
