SEOUL -- South Korea and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on Tuesday began consultations, via letter exchange, on Pyongyang's participation in the Seoul-hosted Asian Games slated for next month, local media reported citing Seoul's unification ministry officials.
