DAEGU, South Korea, March 17 (Yonhap) -- A local trade delegation will visit Australia and New Zealand in June to explore business opportunities in the South Pacific island states, the provincial government of Daegu said Sunday.
The trade delegation, consisting of employees from companies in Daegu manufacturing auto parts, medical equipment, steel products and light-emitting diode (LED) panels, will travel to Auckland, Melbourne and Sydney for 10 days from June 12, a Daegu city government spokesman said.
The municipal government will provide the companies participating with a list of possible buyers, interpreters, transportation and other market information on the region.
