SEOUL, Nov. 5 (Yonhap) -- South Korean boy band Super Junior will hold their first solo concerts in Mexico and Britain this week, the group's management agency said Tuesday.
The group will perform in Mexico City on Thursday and in London on Saturday as part of their "Super Show 5" world tour that began in Seoul in March.
The tour has so far taken the boys to such countries as Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Indonesia, Singapore, Japan and China.
"The response from their fans is already hot since it will be the group's first time holding solo concerts in Mexico and Britain, respectively," the company said.
"We hope these events would serve to confirm the status of the group once again after their previous concerts in four South American nations and France proved their popularity in those regions," it said.
For the concerts, the boys are scheduled to leave for Mexico on Wednesday, the company added.
