After a year of reporting on the strengths and weaknesses of President Obama's ambitious $63 billion Global Health Initiative, GlobalPost now shifts the focus of its reporting efforts to the global fight against HIV/AIDS. Global Pulse will combine posts about what's happening in the global health world with reports from GlobalPost correspondents in the field, clarifying the reality on the ground.
