According to TMZ, the “Anger Management” star pulled the plug on the popular microblogging site because he “feels like he's not getting anything out of the social network.”
Sheen joined Twitter in March 2011 –around the time he lost his "Two and a Half Men" gig – and had almost a million followers after the first day of blogging, the LA Times said.

“It’s gonna be epic,” he was quoted as saying.
His departure from Twitter comes as the ratings for his new comedy series “Anger Management” fall sharply.
Viewership for Thursday’s episode on the FX Network slumped to 2.4 million viewers from 3.4 million last week, The Hollywood Reporter said.
