Britney Spears might have some explaining to do.
The singer's ex brother-in-law, Christopher Federline, filed a restraining order against Britney, calling her a "maniac" and claiming he's the real father of her 7-year-old son Sean Preston, reports the Sun.
Federline, brother to Britney's ex-husband Kevin Federline, claimed Britney stole his credit card, rang up more than $4,500 at a comic book store and threatened to expose Christopher as Sean's father if he went to the police.
“I do confess I slept with Britney and I am the true father,” C-Fed wrote in the legal document filed in US District Court in Tampa, Fla.
Britney also apparently had some complaints about his manhood, writing in the court filing that "Britney made fun of me and told me I have a small penis."
The judge must not have agreed that Britney dabbled in extracurricular activities with her ex-husband's brother.
According to the New York Daily News, Judge Steven D. Merryday tossed out the case two days after it was filed, citing the case of Romano v. (Kim) Kardashian as precedent.
The Daily News reports that in June 2012, Gino Romano filed for a temporary restraining order, claiming he had been assaulted by the reality star Kardashian sisters. The judges in the Romano v. Kardashian case concluded that Romano's claims were delusional.
A source told the Sun that Christopher regretted his alleged affair with his sister-in-law said the "fling was a mistake".
“He says he always felt bad about it and kept it to himself because he didn’t want Alisha, his wife at the time, to find out.”
