After nude pictures, Prince Harry emerges — fully clothed — for Paralympics, charity event

Prince Harry has reportedly made his first public appearance since nude photos of the royal playboy emerged from a wild weekend in Las Vegas.

The Associated Press reported on Harry's appearance at an event to recognize the plight of terminally ill children and the medical professionals who care for them via the WellChild charity.

This time, the prince — third in line to the British throne — generated headlines simply for keeping his clothes on.

"Prince Harry keeps his clothes on" screamed the New York Daily News.

"Prince Harry Keeps His Kit On For Charity Awards Appearance," wrote ContactMusic.com.

The AP quoted a 6-year-old boy who was due to be presented with an award by Harry as joking that he would tell the prince: "I'm glad you've got your clothes on."

The BBC filmed the prince's speech to the event, in which he seemed to enjoy a light moment with the audience, after he described himself as "never one to be shy in coming forward."

Meanwhile, London's Daily Mail reported on a visit Harry made to the Paralympic Games — likewise fully clothed.

The report cited sources as saying the prince felt the public show of support for the Games was a worthy cause that outweighed his concerns about appearing in public in light of media attention surrounding his Vegas antics.

He watched a Great Britain's women's team beat Denmark 5-0 at goalball, a sport for the visually impaired played in complete silence so the players can locate the ball via the tinkling of attached bells.

He also cheered on local favorite Ellie Simmonds as she qualified for the women's S6 50m freestyle final.
