A man impregnated two women after drugging and raping them aboard his yacht, an Australian court has heard.

John Collins, 74, enticed seven young women to work on his yacht as nannies, promising them exotic travel along Australia's coastline — mainly in the tropical Whitsundays area of the Great Barrier Reef — the Australian Associated Press cited prosecutor David Nardone as saying.

The Brisbane Supreme Court heard that once on board Collins' yacht Pan Pacific, victims would be offered a drink laced with drugs then rape or sexually assault them.

Two of the women fell pregnant, but terminated, AAP reported, adding that:

Analysis of the fetus revealed Collins was between 2800 and 14,000 times more likely than any other man to be the father.

According to News.com.au, Collins’ youngest victim was only 17. He had offered her a job after a chance meeting.

He asked her to come to his boat for the interview and once there, after drinking Champagne together, he forced himself upon her.

Others Collins lured to his boat awoke from being drugged state to find him assaulting them. Several of the women reportedly kept the assaults secret for years.

Collins has pleaded not guilty to 22 charges, including 10 of rape and five of stupefying in order to commit an offense.
