Fearing Santorum, porn stars unite (VIDEO)

Porn stars are uniting to combat the spread of Santorum, Rick Santorum that is, the number two candidate in the GOP presidential nomination contest.

In March, Santorum declared war on pornography on his website, where he called it "toxic to marriage and conservatives" and a "pandemic." His site says  "It contributes to misogyny and violence against women. It is a contributing factor to prostitution and sex trafficking."

He also has suggested that viewing porn causes aggression, according to Huffington Post (scientists disagree).

"It's ridiculous," Steven Hirsch, founder of Vivid Entertainment, told the New York Daily News. "I find it ironic that [Republicans] are about less government until it comes to issues like pornography when they want more government. This will never work," he said.

And now, porn stars from Vivid Entertainment have released a video calling on Americans to stand against Santorum and his nefarious plans for the pornography industry.

"If elected, Santorum has vowed to prosecute our industry on infrequently-enforced obsecenity laws," said Chastity Lynn, a star in the film "BJs in PJs."

The stars denied Santorum's claim that porn harms the human mind, saying "porn lets you visualize your fantasies so you don't walk around like a tightly wound sexually repressed time bomb," said Chanel Preston, an actor in "Beggin' for a Peggin'."

"Pizza delivery boys with nothing to dream about... people masturbating to Facebook photos... or worse, people using just their imaginations," the stars deadpanned.

"Great idea starting a war with the internet. How did that work out for you last time?" asked Allie Haze, of "Pound the Round POV 5."

The porn stars called for "the world's largest Wankout" to occur on May 1 at 8:00 p.m. They even started a Twitter hashtag, #wankout2012, to commemorate the Wankout.

"Just open up your favorite porn... and let loose," said Lynn. "Together we can enfranchise ourselves through the power of incessant masturbation."

The porn stars endorse voting for Santorum "because if he wins [the] primary, he would definitely get crushed by Obama," said Haze. "And Obama would never try to crush the porn industry."

"Santorum, it's the long game," she said.
