What do you think?

A British man died after trying to dance Gangnam style at a Christmas party on Saturday, according to Britain's The Daily Telegraph, prompting a cardiologist to advise middle-aged men to "let the lady dance around you" this holiday season.

Gawker put it less delicately, addressing "out-of-shape guys" with admonitions of moderation. Stay away from the "cardiac-intensive dance moves and stick to the easy stuff."

In other words, learn from Eamonn Kilbride, who collapsed in pain after trying to pull off a rendition of South Korean musician Psy's crazy-popular dance hit at a pub in Blackburn, Lancashire.

The 46-year-old father of three was pronounced dead upon arrival at Royal Blackburn Hospital late Saturday, said The Daily Telegraph.

The incident prompted professor and cardiologist Bernard Keavney of Newcastle University to advocate being "somewhat measured" in one's dancing attempts.

"I certainly wouldn't say that people need to avoid Gangnam Style over the holidays," he told The Daily Telegraph. "[But] if you're unused to taking vigorous physical exercise, you shouldn't throw yourself into violent exertion without due preparation."
