The Krispy Kreme Sloppy Joe: America's most gluttonous creation yet?

A chef at the San Diego County Fair in California created the Krispy Kreme Sloppy Joe Sandwich, slapping ground beef in a glazed donut bun topped with cheese.

Just when you think America has outdone itself, you're hit with perhaps its most gluttonous creation yet: a Krispy Kreme Sloppy Joe.

The Krispy Kreme Sloppy Joe is the brainchild of Chef "Chicken" Charlie Boghosian, also known as California's "deep-fry king."

It's being sold by Chicken Charlie's at the San Diego County Fair.

According to The Consumerist, it's unclear whether it will ever be available in restaurants.
