Police were called to Cross' Clark Fork home Monday on reports that he pointed a rifle at another man and demanded that the man perform the dance move popularized by Michael Jackson in the 1980s, according to The Associated Press.

Investigators alleged the gun was a semiautomatic rifle, but Cross said during his initial court appearance that it was only a pellet gun, the AP reported.
