Jane Henson, mother to all Muppets, died Tuesday at her home in Connecticut. She was 78.

Justin Bieber will be prosecuted for allegedly spitting on a neighbor, according to TMZ.

Sheriff's investigators will refer the case to the LA County District Attorney for review and recommend that criminal battery charges be filed against the Bieber, sources told TMZ.
