German prosecutors say a man boarded Angela Merkel's empty plane high on drugs, sprayed foam inside and played around in the cockpit.

According to German prosecutors, a man in his underwear broke into and boarded an empty plane frequently used by Chancellor Angela Merkel, while it was parked at a closed military area of the Cologne airport last month.

The 24-year-old intruder reportedly had a bag of pot and ecstasy pills with him while he partied in the jet. He sprayed foam inside, played with buttons in the cockpit and even danced on the wing of the Airbus 319.
