More trouble brews in Somalia

Trouble keeps on brewing in Somalia - which defines the term "failed state". There is fighting between the Islamists and Ethiopian forces which are pulling out. Across the globe, in New York, there is a big meeting on the problem of pirates on the Somali coast. They seized 45 ships in 2008 from the 20,000 that passed by. And did you see about the Somali pirate who drowned with $135,000 in cash in his pockets? He was part of a team of pirates who were paid $3 million for the release of a Saudi tanker. Their get-away boat capsized and five drowned.
