Brazilian Family Believed to Be Cooperating, According to Congressman

Congressman Chris Smith (R-NJ) said moments ago that the Goldman camp heard "through court channels" that Sean Goldman's Brazilian family is preparing to obey court orders and turn over the boy to David.

Sergio Tostes, the lawyer for the Brazilian family, told CBS News that the return could come on Wednesday.
