At the nearby Tashi Palkhel Tibetan Refugee Camp, the all-Tibetan school has seen a steep drop in students. Teachers say fewer marriages has led to fewer births, and many adults areleaving Nepal altogether. “Maybe we have to close the kindergarten because there just are not enough students,” one teacher says.
