James Lu, 22, of Sydney, shows off his revolutionary "Oz" model bicycle which he designed as part of his Bachelor of Arts design course at a western Sydney university. Lu, born in Vietnam, says the bicycle is a break from the traditional two diamond shape frame. It is aerodynamic, has five gears in a built-in hub and is made of aluminium using car manufacturing technology. Lu is a good example of the kind of innovative thinker that Vietnam would like to entice to come back home and help teach young minds in Vietnam.
