Facebook in Arabic: women's rights go viral (PHOTOS)

In light of the attention on Malala Yousafzai, the 14-year-old girl young education activist shot and wounded Tuesday by the Taliban in Pakistan, here's a peek into the storm of activity on the pro-women's rights Facebook page "The uprising of women in the Arab world."

Well over 600 people have uploaded pictures of themselves finishing the sentence: "I am with the uprisings of women in the Arab world because..."

Organizers say the campaign was launched because it's "[t]ime for women and men to unite against the oppression of women in the Arab world. To say no to violence against women, no to their allegiance to men, no to repression and abuse, no to their treatment as second class citizens."
