Chelsea Clinton, daughter of President Bill Clinton and board member of the William J. Clinton Foundation attends the George Washington University (GW) kickoff rally to launch the 'GW Phones for Hope,' as part of the 2012 Clinton Global Initiative University project to collect and recycle 20,000 used cell phones and use the proceeds to fund mobile health technology projects in developing countries. Chelsea Clinton is joining NBC News to work on projects for the “Making a Difference” series, it was reported November 14, 2011.
