If only restoring real penises were this easy. This pair of Roman statues Mars and Venus, had been restored on the ex-the prime minister Berlussoni's orders at a cost of 70,000 euros. Thanks to Papa Silvio, Mars is now sporting a brand new penis and a new right hand.
